Departure at 8:00 am with our car to Caltagirone. The whole day will be spent to visit the city of ceramics. Tour starts from Piazza Duomo and visit of Cathedral of San Giuliano.
From there, you will walk and visit the impressive staircase of Santa Maria del Monte, made of 142 steps it connects the lower city to higher one, where the homonym church is located.
Then you can make a walk in the splendid liberty gardens of Villa Comunale, designed by Giovanni Battista Basile.
After the break for lunch you can visit the Museum of Ceramics to discover the origins of ceramics artcraft.
After this visit you can walk untill Piazza Umberto I to visit the tyoical Christmas Markets.
Return to hotel.
